A spectacular FOOH celebration transforms an Abu Dhabi roundabout into a glowing Ramadan message visible from above. Hundreds of cars with illuminated headlights form a perfect crescent moon shape around the circular intersection, while "RAMADAN KAREEM" appears projected in massive bright letters across the center.
